I am totally loving the "In good taste" range of papers. They are just great for masculine cards.
Project Recipe
Cut Crumb Cake cardstock to 14.5cm x 21cm and score at 10.5cm to form the card base.
Cut Early Espresso to 10cm x 14cm, 5cm x 13cm, 5cm x 10cm and 9.5cm x 2.5cm.
Cut Whisper White to 9.5cm x 13.5cm and emboss with the Hammered Metal embossing folder.
You need 2 different patterns of In Good Taste DSP cut to the following...
Pattern 1 - 4.5cm x 12.5cm and 9.5cm x 2cm
Pattern 2 - 4.5cm x 9.5cm
Matt all the DSP pieces onto the Early Espresso pieces, leaving a small border.
Matt the Whisper White embossed panel with the Early Espresso.
Glue the 9.5cm x 2.5cm strip down 3cm from the bottom of the card.
Glue the 5cm x 13cm panel in 1.5cm from the left of the card and centered top and bottom.
Glue the 5cm x 10cm panel so it overlaps the other one by 2cm and centered to that panel top and bottom.
Cut out the 3 cogs from Garage Gears Dies out of Early Espresso and the car out of Whisper White and ink the edges with Early Espresso Classic Stamp pad and stamp your sentiment on the car.
Glue down the cogs at the top right corner of panel 2 and using stampin dimensionals stick the car down in line with the strip underneath.
