Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Pale Papaya Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of lines of light blue on white background design from You're A Peach 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the lines are horizontal on the horizontal rectangle
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" from Pale Papaya Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock
- 2-1/4" square from Pale Papaya Cardstock
Adhere the rectangle of You're A Peach Designer Paper to the front of the Pale Papaya card.
Pick out the stitched rectangle die from the Stitched Rectangle Dies that cuts out a rectangle that is 1-7/16" x 2-3/4". Put it on top of the white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the die is centered. Run through the machine.
Tip: You may need to press fairly hard along the edges of the die to pop the cut outs free.
Note: You are using the white frame you just cut out for this project. Keep the small white rectangle cut from the center to use on another project.
Use Stampin' Seal, Multipurpose Liquid Glue, or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the white frame to the front of the card at an angle as shown. The upper right corner of the frame should touch the top of the designer paper and the lower left corner of the frame should touch the bottom of the designer paper and the top left corner of the frame should be about 1/2" from the left side of the designer paper.
Pick out the stitched rectangle die from the Stitched Rectangles Dies that cuts out a rectangle that is 1-7/8" x 3-3/16". Put it on top of the Pale Papaya rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Tip: You may have to press fairly firmly around the edges to pop the rectangle cut out free.
As you are ready to stamp using the Sweet As A Peach Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "have a Peachy day" or "sweet as a peach" sentiment from the Sweet As A Peach Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Mango Melody Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the right side of the horizontal stitched rectangle cut out.
Mount the set of three tiny flowers from the Sweet As A Peach Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Pale Papaya Ink Pad. Stamp it once just below the stamped sentiment on the right side. Re-ink the stamp and stamp it again just above and to the left of the stamped sentiment.
Adhere the sentiment rectangle cut out to the front of the card as shown. The right edge should be about 5/8" from the right edge of the designer paper and the bottom edge should be about 3/4" from the bottom edge of the designer paper. The left edge should overlap the left edge of the white frame a bit.
Mount the large set of multiple stems and leaves image from the Sweet As A Peach Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Pear Pizzazz rectangle.
Pick out the matching stems and leaves die from the Peach Dies. Put it on top of the stamped stems and leaves image on the Pear Pizzazz rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the image is centered in the dies. Run through the machine.
Use Stampin' Seal and/or Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the stems and leaves cut out to the front of the card as shown. The upper stem should be in the upper left inside corner of the white frame and the bottom right leaves should overlap the Pale Papaya sentiment rectangle cut out.
Mount the set of three small peaches image from the Sweet As A Peach Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Mango Melody Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Pale Papaya square.
Pick out the matching set of three small peaches die from the Peach Dies. Put it on top of the stamped peaches image on the Pale Papaya square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the images are centered in the die. Run through the machine.
Using Stampin' Seal, adhere two of the peach cut outs to the front of the card so they appear to be hanging from the upper stems. Tuck them behind the stems a bit if you can.
Use a Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the remaining small peach cut out to the front of the card so it appears to be hanging from the bottom stem.
Cut a 4" piece of the Pale Papaya & White 1/2" Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the card front at the top of the Pear Pizzazz stems and leaves in the upper left inside corner of the white frame.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 3 Mango Melody sequins of different sizes from a sheet of Artistry Blooms Sequins making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the front of the card in a rough triangle just above the sentiment rectangle cut out and just to the right of the white frame.
