Fold base card on all score lines and crease with Bone Folder.
Add Tear & Tape Adhesive to the top side of the small rectangle fold on the end. Fold the card on the 2nd score line (the 1-1/2" score as highlighted in the picture) so the Tear & Tape is on top.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape and close the large flap over onto the Tear & Tape. When you unfold things, you should have a small, open ended box on one end of the large flap.
Add Tear & Tape Adhesive to one long edge of each of the three 2-3/4" x 4-1/4" wing pieces.
One at a time, remove the protective from the Tear & Tape strips and adhere the wing pieces around the square at the end of the base card so that there is a wing sticking out from all 4 sides of the square (one of the wings is already in place as part of the base card).
If desired, fold the card flat to make sure all the pieces are moving freely. When folded flat, the card will fit in a Medium Envelope from Stampin' Up!
To decorate the starting panels with flower sprig with tag:
Place the 1-3/4" x 4" piece of white leaf sprigs on black Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad to get it inky. Lightly rub the inky Blending Brush all over the leaf sprigs designer paper piece. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Adhere the colored leaf sprigs designer paper piece to the small flap showing on the base card piece when the card is flattened.
Peel the protective backing off of the 1-7/8" x 4-1/8" Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to one side of the 2" x 4-1/4" white rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the shorter, fatter three flowers and two buds die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the cardstock side is face up (not the adhesive sheets side). Don't worry if you don't get all of the stem. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces. KEEP ALL THE PIECES!
Place the die cut out inside the rectangle it was
cut from on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. Leaving the cut out inside the rectangle makes it easier to add color with the Blending Brushes in the next steps without bending the edges of the cut outs.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Flirty Flamingo Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush all over the three small flowers and two buds on the flowers cut out. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush all over the stems and leaves of the flowers cut out. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Remove the colored flower cut out from the rectangle it was cut from.
Use the fine tip of the Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Write Marker to add a dot of darker color to the center of each flower.
If necessary, use Paper Snips to trim the bottom off the stem so the whole colored cut out is only about 3-3/4" tall.
Remove the protective backing from the adhesive sheet on the back of the colored flower cut out and adhere it to the left side of the black dots 2-1/2" x 4" piece of Beautifully Penned Designer Paper.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the 1/4" x 2-1/2" strip of Flirty Flamingo to the bottom of the designer paper/flower cut out so it is about 7/8" from the bottom edge.
Adhere the designer paper/flower cut out/pink strip rectangle to the large panel on the wing of the card when the card is flattened.
Mount the "thinking of you" sentiment from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block G. Use the side of the brush tip of the Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Write Marker to ink up only the word "you". Breathe on the stamp to moisten the ink. Stamp the word in the center of the 1" x 1-1/2" piece of white cardstock.
Pick out the tiny tag from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the stamped word on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the word is centered in the tag. Run through the machine.
Cut a 9" piece of the white twine from the Baker's Twine Essentials Pack. Tie the twine onto the top of the tag using a small bow. Trim the ends.
Adhere the tag with bow attached at a slight angle to the card panel so it is centered over the Flirty Flamingo strip where it crosses over the flowers cut out stem.
Flip the panels of the card to the left so you have two blank panels showing when the card is flattened.
To decorate the happy birthday panels:
Place the 1-3/4" x 4" of large groups of flowers and leaves and black dots Beautifully Penned Designer Paper rectangle on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. Use the Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Combo Pack and the Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends to color the designer paper.
Adhere the colored designer paper rectangle to the small flap showing on the left side when the card is flattened.
Mount both the tiny, single flower images from the Quiet Meadow Set together on Block A. Ink them up with the Flirty Flamingo Ink Pad. Stamp them on the bottom right corner of the 2-1/2" x 4" scalloped black lines Beautifully Penned Designer Paper rectangle with the scallops pointing down.
Adhere the stamped designer paper rectangle to the large flap showing on the right side when the card is flattened.
Mount the "happy birthday" sentiment from the Peaceful Moments Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Melon Mambo Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the horizontal 2" x 3-1/2" strip of white cardstock leaving room to punch it out.
Unlock the Rectangular Postage Stamp Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the right side of the punching area. Punch.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Flirty Flamingo Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush over the edges of the sentiment punch out. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Adhere the stamped and blended sentiment punch out to the panel on the right side of the card when the card is flattened so it is about 1-1/4" from the top edge and about 3/16" from the right edge.
Mount the single large flower image from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Melon Mambo Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 2" white square.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Flirty Flamingo Ink Pad to get it inky. Rub the inky Blending Brush all over the stamped flower image on the white square. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Cut out the stamped and blended large flower image using Paper Snips Scissors.
Adhere the flower cut out to the upper left corner of the sentiment punch out on the right side of the card when the card is flattened.
Flip the panels of the card to the left so you have two blank panels showing when the card is flattened.
To decorate the butterfly happiness panels:
Mount the splatters image from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block H.. Ink it up with the Flirty Flamingo Ink Pad. Stamp it once vertically down the right side of the vertical 1-3/4" x 4" white rectangle. WITHOUT RE-INKING, slide the stamp over to the right a little and stamp again.
Place the 3/4" x 4" piece of white leaf sprigs on black Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad to get it inky. Lightly rub the inky Blending Brush all over the leaf sprigs designer paper piece. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Adhere the colored leaf sprigs designer paper rectangle to the left edge of the stamped white rectangle.
Peel the protective backing off of the 7/8" x 5-1/8" Adhesive Sheets rectangle. Adhere the Adhesive Sheets rectangle to one side of the 1" x 5-1/4" Old Olive rectangle. Be sure to leave the other protective backing in place for now.
Pick out the long, skinny, leafy stalk die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the Old Olive rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the Old Olive (green) side is face up. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Paper Snips to trim the bottom off the stem so the whole cut out is only about 4" tall.
Remove the protective backing from the adhesive sheet on the back of the leafy stalk cut out and adhere it to the designer paper/stamped white rectangle so it covers the seam between them.
Pick out the butterfly die from the Meadow Dies. Put it on top of the Polished Pink vellum rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the shinier side is face up. Run through the machine.
Use a line of Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen down the back of the butterfly cut out body to adhere the cut out to the designer paper/white rectangle so it overlaps the top of the leafy stalk just above the splatters at a slight angle.
Adhere the designer paper/white rectangle to the small flap showing on the left side when the card is flattened.
Pick out the scalloped and stitched envelope flap die from the Basic Borders Dies. Put it on top of one of the 1" x 2-3/4" Flirty Flamingo rectangles on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it will cut a scalloped line along one long edge. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other Flirty Flamingo rectangle.
Mount the "wishing you every happiness ..." sentiment from the Peaceful Moments Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Melon Mambo Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the horizontal 1-3/4" x 4" white rectangle.
Adhere the two scalloped edge pieces of Flirty Flamingo cardstock to the back of the stamped white rectangle so the scallops and stitches just show along the top and bottom edges of the white rectangle. Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off excess Flirty Flamingo cardstock on the left and right edges.
Adhere the matted sentiment rectangle to the top of the vertical 2-1/2" x 4" of white lines on black Beautifully Penned Designer Paper rectangle about 1/2" from the top edge.
Adhere the designer paper rectangle with sentiment attached to the panel on the right side of the card when the card is flattened.
Flip the panels of the card to the left so you have two blank panels showing when the card is flattened.
To decorate the blank label and flowers panels:
Mount the bunch of flowers image from the Quiet Meadow Set on Block I. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the vertical 1-3/4" x 4" white rectangle.
Place the stamped white rectangle on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. Use the Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Combo Pack and the Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends to color in the image.
Place the 1" x 1-3/4" of tiny black dots Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Rub a Blending Brush across the open Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad to get it inky. Lightly rub the inky Blending Brush all over the dotted designer paper piece. Get more ink on the Blending Brush as needed.
Adhere the colored designer paper piece to the bottom of the stamped and colored flowers on white rectangle.
Adhere the designer paper/white rectangle to the small flap showing on the left side when the card is flattened.
Place the 2-1/2" x 4" of closely spaced white flowers and leaves on black background Beautifully Penned Designer Paper rectangle on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Use the Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends Combo Pack and the Light Old Olive Stampin' Blends to color in the flowers and leaves around the edges. Don't worry about coloring in the center area as it will be covered.
Pick out the large rectangle label with notched corners die from the Painted Labels Dies. Put it on top of the 2-1/4" x 3-1/2" white rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Adhere the white label cut out vertically to the center of the vertical, colored designer paper rectangle.
Adhere the designer paper/label rectangle to the panel on the right side of the card when the card is flattened.
