Put the Silicone Craft Sheet on your work surface. Working on top of the Silicone Craft Sheet for the next couple of steps will keep your project from adhering to your work surface.
Put Stampin' Seal on the back of the stamped and cut out Night Of Navy rectangle around the edges of the hole cut out. Adhere the Night Of Navy rectangle to the cut out Basic Gray rectangle so the holes line up. If needed, use Paper Snips to cut off excess Basic Gray cardstock showing around the outside edges of the Night Of Navy rectangle.

Mount the girl or boy astronaut image from the Stellar Birthday Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle.
Put the stamped astronaut image on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Ivory Stampin' Blends to color in the astronaut's face.
Use the Bronze Stampin' Blends to color in the astronaut's hair.
Use the Light Night Of Navy Stampin' Blends to add a small touch of blue to the astronaut's eyes.
If you stamped the boy astronaut, use the Light Real Red Stampin' Blends to color in his tongue.

Use Paper Snips to cut out the colored astronaut image by hand.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the cut out astronaut image to the front of the card so it overlaps the right side of the layered holes.
Pick out the small, stitched star die that cuts out a 7/8" wide star from the Stitched Stars Dies. Put it on top of the Daffodil Delight square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick paper-piercing tool to remove the pieces if needed.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the small star cut out to the front of the card so it overlaps the upper left side of the layered holes.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a small Rhinestone Basic Jewels from the sheet of jewels making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the center of the star cut out.
