T he technique I used to create this card is "faux silk." You can see my Facebook live recording https://fb.watch/3bpWDUJ10K/of how I made the card.

Gather supplies:
I used Pool Party and Basic White cardstock, Berry Delightful DSP, tissue paper that you wrap gifts with.
All measurements are in inches.
Pool Party 4 ¼ x 11 scored at 5 ½, and 3 x 4 ¼
Basic white cardstock 2 ¾ x 4
Designer Series Paper 5 ¼ x 4.
Berry Blessings stamp set.
Stampin’ Blends - light and dark Old Olive, and light and dark Balmy Blue. I would probably use a darker blue next time.
Tissue paper, the kind you wrap gifts with 3 ½ x 4 ¾.
Adhesive (Stampin’ Seal or Liquid Glue) & glue stick if you have one.
• Bone folder, optional
• Silicone mat, optional
• Coordinating ribbon
• Stampin’ Dimensionals
• Mini glue dots, optional.
Stamp image onto white cardstock using Memento ink. Color in the images.
Crumple tissue paper into a small ball, then carefully unravel it.
Apply glue over the images and the entire cardstock. Spread tissue paper over entire cardstock. Tuck the edges to the back of the cardstock or cut off what hangs over it.
Adhere the stamped image to the 3 x 4 ¼ Pool Party cardstock.
Adhere DSP to the 5 ½ x 4 ¼ Pool Party.
Adhere image to the cardbase.
Stamp sentiment onto Pool Party cardstock.
Using Stitched So Sweetly Die and Cut & Emboss Machine cut out sentiment.
Loop Braided Linen Trim two to three times and using glue dots adhere trim to back of Pool Party cardstock and add Stampin' Dimensionals to the sentiment and add it to the card.
