ake this beautiful card with Stampin' Up's Fine Art Floral suite.
This fun fold card will sit up nicely on the recipient's desk.
Project Recipe
Cut Mossy Meadow Card Stock (CS) at 4-1/4" x 5-1/2" for card base.
Cut Flirty Flamingo CS at 4" x 10-1/2" scored at 2-1/8" and 5-1/4". Burnish the score lines with a Bone Folder. Run the 5-1/4" section through the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM) with the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder. Adhere the embossed section to the card base.
Cut Mossy Meadow CS at 3-3/4" x 4-3/4". Put liquid glue on the 2-1/8" section of the Flirty Flamingo CS and adhere this Mossy Meadow CS there. Most of this Mossy Meadow piece will have no adhesive on the back because of the way the card folds. Please see the picture.
I ran the long die from Stitched Be Mine four times through the SCEM to each of the four sides of the 3-1/2" x 4-1/2" Gold Foil so get the scallop and stitching. It would be easier to use the largest Stitched So Sweetly die and make this front piece smaller. Sometimes I don't learn until I do it the hard way first :)
Cut Fine Art Floral DSP and the matching Golden Garden Specialty Acetate both to 3" x4" an attach with Mini Glue Dots. Pop this layer up on Foam Adhesive Strips and add to the Gold Foil layer.
Stamp the sentiment from the Art Gallery stamp set with Versamark on a scrap of Mossy Meadow CS. Sprinkle with Gold Emboss Powder and heat with Heat Tool. Run through the SCEM with the Tasteful Label dies- banner. Pop up on Stampin' Dimensionals and add to Flirty Flamingo layer so the card fold can set against this.
Decorate the inside of the card and envelope as desired. I would definitely add some White CS inside the card.Send it off to a friend to make someone's birthday! Email me if you have any questions or if I can help you with your stamping. :)
