Project Recipe
Cut cardstock, designer paper, and specialty paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3-3/4" from Mossy Meadow Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 3-1/2" of line of dark green trees on white background design from Beauty Of The Earth 12" x 12" Designer Series Paper, cut so the trees are vertical on the horizontal rectangle
- 1-1/2" x 4-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-3/8" x 1-5/8" from Be Dazzling 6" x 6" Specialty Paper
Insert the large Basic White rectancle into the Bark 3D Embossing Folder so the lines are horizontal on the horizontal rectangle. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed white rectangle to the front of the Cherry Cobbler card.
Adhere the strip of Beauty Of The Earth Designer Paper to the center of the Mossy Meadow rectangle.
Adhere the matted designer paper rectangle to the front of the card so it is centered side to side and is about 7/8" from the top of the card.
Mount the "season's greetings" or "merry christmas" sentiment from the Christmas To Remember Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the long white strip.
Pick out the long, skinny label with rounded ends die from the Seasonal Labels Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the sentiment is centered top to bottom and is closer to the right side of the label. Run through the machine.
Carefully use the side of the brush tip of the Cherry Cobbler Marker to outline the edges of the sentiment label cut out.
Adhere the stamped and outlined sentiment label cut out to the front of the card so it overlaps the bottom of the matted designer paper strip and the right end of the label is about 3/8" from the right edge of the card.
Pick out the large, open pinecone die from the Christmas Pinecone Dies. Put it on top of the Be Dazzling Specialty Paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.
Adhere the glittery pinecone cut out to the front of the card so the tip is hanging down and pointing slightly to the left and the base of the pinecone overlaps the left end of the sentiment label cut out and the bottom left side of the matted designer paper rectangle.
Cut a 4" piece of the Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/2" Metallic Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card so it is centered over the base of the glittery pinecone cut out at a slight angle.
