Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 2" x 3-1/2" from Rich Razzleberry Cardstock
Use the brush tip of the Rich Razzleberry Dark Stampin' Blends to color a large heart on a sheet of Heart Epoxy Droplets while it is on the sheet.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up the colored droplet making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the top of the Share What You Love Embellishment Kit box lid over the small heart drawn there.
Cut a 5" piece of the Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Velvet Ribbon so it has angles on both ends. Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the strip of ribbon to the top of the box lid just under the Heart Epoxy Droplet.
As you are ready to stamp using the Butterfly Gala Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Put a piece of paper (Grid Paper works well) on top of the Mat to protect it from ink.
Mount the large and small detail butterfly image of your choice from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block D. Ink it up the Mossy Meadow Ink Pad. Stamp it near one edge of the white strip.
Mount the small solid butterfly image from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad and stamp inside the small detailed butterfly image.
Mount the solid, large, top wings image from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad and stamp it inside the top wings of the large detailed butterfly image.
Mount the solid, large, bottom wings image from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad and stamp it inside the bottom wings of the large detailed butterfly image.
Unlock the Butterfly Duet Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped butterflies into the punch and get them centered in the corresponding punching areas. Punch. Leave the punch unlocked.
Slide the strip of Rich Razzleberry Cardstock into the punch and get it positioned inside the punching area for the large butterfly. Punch.
Mount the larger, solid butterfly body image from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Mossy Meadow Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the large, stamped butterfly punch out.
Mount the smaller, solid butterfly body image from the Butterfly Gala Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Rich Razzleberry Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the small, stamped butterfly punch out.
Use a Mini Glue Dot or a tiny piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the small butterfly punch out to the ribbon on the top of the box at a slight angle where the ribbon crosses the lower right side of the oval around the sentiment.
Fold the wings of the large, stamped butterfly punch out up on either side of the body.
Use the Fine-Tip Glue Pen or Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the body of the large, stamped butterfly punch out to the center of the Rich Razzleberry butterfly punch out.
Use Mini Glue Dots or a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the layered, large butterfly punch outs to the top of the box at a slight angle in the upper left side of the oval around the sentiment.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a Rich Razzleberry pearl from a sheet of Share What You Love Artisan Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the top box lid on the upper right side of the oval drawn around the sentiment.
