Project Recipe
Cut cardstock and Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Pear Pizzazz Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 3-1/2" square from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-3/4" x 4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 4-1/4" from Lovely Lipstick Cardstock
- 1-1/8" x 2-1/2" from Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets
- scrap of Whisper White Cardstock
As you are ready to stamp using the Bouquet Blooms Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the large grouping of flowers image from the Bouquet Blooms Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad. Stamp it on the front of the Pear Pizzazz card at an angle so the left edge is about ½” from the top and the right edge is about ¼” from the right. Leave the stamp on the block.
Re-ink the stamp with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad and stamp it again on the front of the card at an angle so the right edge is about 1-1/4” from the right edge and about 1” from the bottom.
Mount the large circle of lines image from the Bouquet Blooms Set on Block E. Ink it up with the Pear Pizzazz Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of the large white square.
Pick out the stitched circle die that cuts out a 3" stitched edge circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies. Place the stamped circle image on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the circle die on top so it is centered over the stamped circle image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Mount the large, solid flower image from the Bouquet Blooms Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Blackberry Bliss Ink Pad. Stamp it twice on the larger strip of white cardstock. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time and leave room between the flowers.
Pick out the matching open flower die from the Gatefold Blossoms Dies. Place the stamped flower images on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the flower die on top so it is centered over one of the stamped flower images. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other flower image.
Use the pencil to draw a tiny arrow pointing up on one corner of the smaller strip of white cardstock.
Mount the small, rose flower image from the Bouquet Blooms Set on Block A so the little tab of stamp material is pointing up. Ink it up with the Lovely Lipstick Ink Pad. Stamp it twice on the larger strip of white cardstock so the arrow on the cardstock and the arrow on the stamp are pointing up. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time and leave room between the flowers.
Pick out the matching open flower die from the Gatefold Blossoms Dies. Place the stamped flower images on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the flower die on top so it is centered over one of the stamped flower images making sure the tab on the die and the arrow on the cardstock are pointing up. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Repeat with the other flower image.
Adhere the flower cut outs to the top right and bottom left of the cut out circle so they overlap each other a bit and hang off the edges of the circle a bit.
Carefully peel up the protective backing on one side of the piece of Multipurpose Adhesive Sheet and adhere the adhesive sheet to one side of the Lovely Lipstick strip in the center. Leave the other protective backing piece in place.
Place the piece of Lovely Lipstick on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot so that the adhesive side (with protective backing in place) is on the bottom (Lovely Lipstick facing up).
Pick out the "congrats" die from the Sunshine Wishes Dies. Place the "congrats" die on top of the Lovely Lipstick rectangle on the Big Shot. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush and paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Carefully remove the protective backing from the "congrats" cut out. Adhere it to the center of the circle cut out so it overlaps the flowers a bit and hangs off to either side.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Bouquet Blooms Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Blackberry Bliss Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the scrap of white cardstock.
Use Paper Snips to cut the sentiment out.
Adhere the sentiment cut out to the circle cut out just below the congrats word cut out on the right side.
Cut a 4-1/2” long piece of the Lovely Lipstick 1/2" ribbon from the All My Love Ribbon Combo Pack so both ends are angled.
Flip the circle cut out over and adhere the ribbon across the back of the circle cut so it will be just below the congrats word cut out and will hang over both sides. Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to hold the ribbon in place. Leave the protective backing in place.
With the circle cut out still upside down, put Stampin' Dimensionals all over the back. Remove the protective backings and adhere the circle cut out to the front of the card so it is centered side to side and overlaps the stamped flower group images.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick tool to pick up 3 different sized Blackberry Bliss dots from a sheet of Faceted Dots being sure to get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them randomly to the card front.
