- card from Berry Burst at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 2-3/4" x 4" of multi-color large spots design from Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper
- 2 pieces each 1" x 4" of multi-color large spots design from Bright & Beautiful 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper
- 2-3/4" x 4" from Basic White Cardstock

- 1" x 1-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1" x 1-3/4" from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock
Fold the Berry Burst card in half along the score line.
Open the card and place it on the Paper Trimmer so the 5-1/2" edge of the top of the card is along the the top edge of the mat on the Paper Trimmer and the right edge is on the 1-1/4" mark to the right of the cutting blade. Cut down to the score line.
Move the open card on the Paper Trimmer over so the left edge is on the 1-1/4" mark to the left of the cutting blade. Cut down to the score line.
Adhere the two thin strips of Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper to the two thin panels on the front of the card. Adhere the large rectangle of Bright & Beautiful Designer Paper to the center panel on the front of the card.
Adhere the two thin panels with designer paper attached to the inside of the card.
As you are ready to stamp using the Beautiful Balloons Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Berry Burst Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the vertical 2-3/4" x 4" white rectangle so it is slightly closer to the top.
Adhere the sentiment stamped rectangle to the inside of the card so it is centered between the two side panels.
Pick out the deckled circle die that cuts out a 2-1/2" circle from the Deckled Circle Dies.
Mount the "Let's get our celebration on" sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block D so it will fit inside the top of the circle die. Ink it up with the Berry Burst Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 2-3/4" white square closer to the top edge.
Put the deckled circle die on top of the stamped sentiment on the square on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the sentiment is centered near the top of the die. Run through the machine
Mount the large, detailed confetti balloon image from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Lemon Lime Twist Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of one of the 2-1/4" x 2-3/4" white rectangles. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist Stamp Cleaner and/or Simply Shammy, but leave it on the block.
Re-ink the large, detailed confetti balloon image on Block D with the Berry Burst Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the other 2-1/4" x 2-3/4" white rectangle. Clean the stamp and put it away.
Mount the small, solid balloon image from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Azure Afternoon Ink Pad. Stamp it on the small white rectangle.
Pick out the small, open balloon die from the Beautiful Balloons Dies. Put it on top of the small, blue balloon on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the image. Run through the machine.
Pick out the large, open balloon die from the Beautiful Balloons Dies. Put it on top of the large, pink balloon on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the image. Run through the machine.
Pick out the large, solid balloon die from the Beautiful Balloons Dies. Put it on top of the center of the green balloon on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it cuts out a full balloon. Run through the machine.
Adhere the pink balloon cut out to the center front flap of the card so it overlaps the left edge of the flap a bit and is about 5/8" from the top of the card. Make sure NO adhesive goes over the edge of the flap or your card won't open.
Adhere the sentiment circle cut out to the center front flap of the card so it overlaps the right edge of the flap a bit and is about 1/2" from the top of the card. It should overlap the pink balloon on the right side a bit as well. Make sure NO adhesive goes over the edge of the flap or your card won't open.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the green balloon cut out to the center of the sentiment circle cut out as shown.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the blue balloon cut out to the front of the card as shown so it is slightly tucked under the bottom left side of the green balloon and overlaps the lower right side of the pink balloon a bit.
Pick out the solid tassel die from the Beautiful Balloons Dies. Put it on top of the small Lemon Lime Twist rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the tassel cut out to the front of the card so it is hanging at a slight angle from the bottom of the green balloon as shown.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a Sweet Sorbet, Parakeet Party, and Tahitian Tide pearl from the sheet of 2022-2024 In Color Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the appropriate balloons as shown.
