U se 4 coordinating pieces of Designer Series Paper and 4 card bases to make this quick notecard set.
Project Recipe
Cut all paper and cardstock as follows:
~4 card bases that coordinate with the colors of the DSP. They could all be white, or 4 different colors, etc. Finished size 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
~4 pieces of DSP that come from the same paper set or coordinate. All are 4" x 5 1/4". Pay attention to the patterns and which way they go. Finished cards can be horizontal or vertical orientation.
~Basic white cardstock-for inside of card-3 1/2" x 4 3/4". Also have various scraps for stamping and diecutting images.
~Optional layer for card front, Basic White 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".
Cut all 4 DSP pieces according to the diagram. Then lay out all panels and swap out so that each of the 4 panels have one of each patterns of dsp. You will now have 4 panels ready to mount onto card bases or the basic white layer that is 4 1/8" x 5 3/8".
Stamp focal point images in coordinating ink colors. Diecut these. My samples used stamps and dies from the Sun Prints Suite, the Nature's Prints bundle.
Stamp and diecut sentiments for card fronts. Diecut with whatever frame die you prefer. Samples used label die from Natural Prints Dies.
~Decorate inside panel of basic white. Use the focal point stamp and stamp in lower right corner or along the side. Stamp desired sentiment.
~Stamp focal point onto envelope front. Or you can adhere a piece of matching DSP to the back of the card onto the flap.
Assemble. Glue 4 dsp panels into place on card front using Tear n Tape, liquid adhesive, or Seal...whatever you prefer. Leave an equal border around each piece of dsp so background shows. May need to trim dsp a very small amount.
~Adhere front sentiment onto card front with dimensionals.
~Adhere diecut image around or onto sentiment piece.
~Adhere inside panels to base.
~Make a small bow and adhere to front of card.
~ Put three rhinestones onto card front. Color with blends, if desired.
~Sign the back of you cards!
~Make the coordinating notecard holder, if desired.
