A
fun different, easy fold.
Christmas stuff is not always for Christmas.
Project Recipe
Fold your 4 1/4 x 11 piece of Night of Navy in half.
Score 4 1/4 inches from the right open side.
You end up with a 1 1/4 section that you will glue to the inside of your card and the "flap is not 4 1/4 x 4 1/4.
You can score where ever you like but when working with DSP this leaves a 4 x 4 DSP square which will not waste any paper.
Glue the 1 1/4 section of the front of the card to the back of your card.
Add the DSP to the front. The 4 x 4 piece of DSP is on the right.
In the picture, my smaller piece is 1 x 4, I cut yours 1 1/4 x 4 1/4 because in the other sample I found the DSP covers this side, I liked a border. You can trim yours or leave it. Whatever you decide attach it to the front.
Use your 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 piece of white to stamp your leaves and cut out with dies.
I stamped off one leaf, did one full strength, then double stamped the last one. One ink pad 3 shades of the same color!
Also, stamp words in Night of Navy and cut out with one of the label dies.
Add to the card with Dimensionals.
Add your 4 x4 piece of white to the inside of your card. Decorate as you wish.
