1. Stamp basket image onto vanilla cardstock piece (4" x5") using Tuxedo black ink.
2. Diecut with second from largest oval framelit( not the scalloped layering framelits)
3. Stamp the "you are loved" sentiment on a scrap of vanilla cardstock 4" x 3\4" , stamp a small butterfly on either side of greeting.
4. Color butterflies with markers and attach the small scrap to use as a banner on the front of card under the basket image. See photo of cardfront.
When coloring in the images (for basket and flowers) I used the darker of the pair of alcohol markers first to go over the outlines and accented lines of each image.
Then use the lighter color marker to go over the whole thing allowing the lighter shade to blend in the colors.
Don't overdo it..you want to have some variations of light and dark. If you need to lighten an area a bit more, use the color lifter marker to lighten and blend. Just don't overwork the area or the cardstock will "pill up".
Stamp the inside sentiment (you are loved) plus a few more butterflies on the 4" x5.25" piece of Very Vanilla Color in the butterflies using the same alcohol marker technique as on the front image.
use basket weave embossing folder and run the Early Espresso 4" x5.25" cardstock through it.
Attach the finished oval of stamped basket image to the basket weave piece, then attach "you are loved" banner along bottom edge. Use dimensionals or strong adhesive for this part.
Adhere basket weave layer to the front of the folded Crumb cake card. Then tie a length of Shimmer ribbon around the spine of card.
Attach the vanilla layer with your preferred desired inside sentiment on the inside of card.
