T he Forever Greenery paper pack makes all of your cards look great. These pretty leave seemed perfect for a Get Well card.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Garden Green 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Pear Pizzazz paper 4 X 5 ¼. Punch from the center of this piece with Label Me Lovely punch, you will use the punched piece to mat the sentiment on card front.
Card Front: Cut Forever Greenery paper 3 7/8 X 5 ⅛
Attach card front print to Pear Pizzazz card mat.
Cut strip of Garden Green ¾” X 4”. Attach to the card front 1 ¼” from bottom of card mat.
Cut 5” of ribbon, attach to the Garden Green strip on the card front and wrap around to the back of the card front. I used tear & tape to adhere the ribbon to the card.
Stamp sentiment for card front with Garden Green ink on Whisper White paper. Punch out sentiment with Label Me Lovely punch. Cut the Pear Pizzazz piece you punched from the card mat in half (see picture). Use these two pieces to mat the stamped, punched sentiment.
Attach to the card front over the ribbon band with dimensionals.
That’s it; you have finished your card front. For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Whisper White 4 X 5 ¼. Stamp the sentiment before attaching this piece inside your card.
