Project Recipe
Cutting Instructions:
- Daffodill Delight Cardstock (cardbase): cut 1 @ 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4".
- Bee Mine DSP: cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (card front), cut 1 @ 4" x 5 1/4" (inside card), cut 1 @ 1/2" x 5 3/8" (envelope), cut 1 @ 1/2" x 3" (mini card).
- Sweet Sorbet Cardstock (mini card): cut 1 @ 3 1/4" x 8 1/2", score at 4 1/4".
- Basic White Cardstock: cut 2 @ 3" x 4", scraps to punch bee.
- Sweet Sorbet Ribbon: cut 1 piece 16".
Instructions:
1. Daffodill Delight cardbase: fold on score line and burnish with bone folder. Place cardbase in paper trimmer and cut from top of score line on and angle to bottom right corner.
2. Bee Mine DSP (front of card piece): place in paper trimmer and cut from top left corner to bottom right corner. Adhere this piece to the front of card with Stampin' Seal or Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
3. Bee Mine DSP (inside piece): adhere to the inside of card with Stampin' Seal or Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
4. Sweet Sorbet mini card: fold on score line and burnish with bone folder.
5. Basic White card stock scraps: with the punch template stamp bee body with Daffodill Delight Ink. With Memento Black Ink stamp body design, stamp face on bee body. Stamp wings with Memento Black Ink then fill in wings with Pool Party Ink. Punch bee & wings with Bee Punch. Adhere wings to back of bee with Multipurpose Glue or a glue dot.
6. Basic White Card Stock (mini card front): with Sweet Sorbet Ink stamp greeting near bottom right corner.
7. Place bee on card front and mark where you want the end of the bee trail to be stamped, stamp the bee trail with Memento Black Ink.
8. Place the bee on the card front and stamp the antena with Memento Black Ink. Using Stampin' Dimensionals adhere the bee to the front of the card.
9. On the second piece of Basic White 3" x 4" adhere the 1/2" x 3" piece of DSP with Stampin' Seal or Multipurpose Liquid Glue. With Sweet Sorbet Ink stamp your sentiment.
10. Adhere the Mini Card to the centre of the main card with Stampin' Seal or Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
11. Tie the 16" of Sweet Sorbet ribbon around the top of the card finishing it off with a bow.
